What needs to be done ? 

• Ensure quality production of meat products
• Draw up a production plan
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials
• Monitor compliance with technological processes
• Participate in the production process (if necessary)
• Ensure the sanitary condition of the shop in accordance with HACCP standards
• Participate in team formation, adaptation and training
• Form and control the team's work schedule
• Work with the economic and commercial indicators of the department
