The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSU) announces a competition for the position ofSpecialist\ evaluation and assimilation of conclusions.

The Red Cross Society of Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization of Ukraine, which is one of the first to respond to all emergency situations in the country and provides assistance to those , who needs it the most.

The goal of the position:

Ensuring the quality and efficiency of organizational processes through analysis, evaluation of activities, and development of methodologies. 

Responsibilities include monitoring projects and programs for compliance with standards, organizing workshops to optimize processes, and training staff in planning and reporting. 

The position is aimed at increasing the efficiency of the organization through methodical support and consulting in research. >

  1. Performing assessments and analyzes of organizational activities, including providing support and advice in conducting research and developing methodologies.
  2. Monitoring all research related to projects and programs to ensure compliance with standards and appropriate methodologies.
  3. Organization and conduct of at least one workshop for the learning project, including a post-project discussion for the purpose of studying learning values ​​and optimization of processes.
  4. Providing training and training of personnel and project teams in the field of planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting (PMER).
  5. Assessment and analysis of the organization's activities and provision of methodological assistance and consultations in the planning and execution of research and development of methodologies.
  6. Monitoring of all research that takes place within the framework of projects and programs in order to ensure their compliance with standards and methodologies.
  7. Organization and conduct of a one-on-one workshop on learning lessons, including a post-project discussion to study learning values ​​and improve processes.
  8. Conduct planning, monitoring, evaluation and reporting (PMER) training for staff and project teams.

Requirements:

  • Higher education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in social sciences, humanities, project management, international relations or other relevant field.
  • Experience in project management, planning, monitoring and reporting.
  • Experience of working in humanitarian and international organizations.
  • High level of literacy, ability to clearly and persuasively express thoughts in writing.
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize working hours, and managing several projects at the same time.

Proficiency in English at the B1- B2 level.
