Employment : Complete (schedule from 9.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday), office. partnership and official employment;
- Higher Education, Master (Bachelor) in Statistics, Sociology, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Other Related Industry; foreign donors will be an advantage;
- Knowledge and practical experience of monitoring, reporting, control;
- skills in quality analysis (focus group, interview) and quantitative analysis (surveys, databases); Toolbox);
- Working with large data sets in Microsoft Excel: Creating Tables, Using Formulas, Building Tables, Data Visions, Data Vision, and Data Analysis Programs: SPSS, R, STATA or Python.
- provides quality planning, tracking and analyzing of the implementation of tools; monitoring visits, analysis of results and preparation of recommendations for improving the results of the projects;
- is engaged in reporting, maintaining transparency of the organization and management of feedback mechanisms with beneficiaries; Managers and Meal Manager at the stage of preparation of project proposals for the formation of quality standards, development of the Monitoring and Value Planki, risk assessments;
- communicates with partners in the process of setting up standard operating procedures and methodologies for implementation of monitoring, assessment, accountability in projects and programs;
