UkraineSymuKey Areas Of AccountabilityData Collection and Management:Register data into relevant data collection forms as required.Enter and manage data in databases accurately and efficiently.Conduct phone-based interviews as part of needs assessments or other data collection efforts when necessary.Monitoring And EvaluationCollect, segregate, sort, and manage statistical data on incoming and outgoing communication and requests.Assist the MEAL Officer in developing registration forms for conflict-affected populations to request aid.Support the establishment of data flow mechanisms, including data collection, storage, analysis, interpretation, and timely feedback.Ensure disaggregation of all data by sex, age, disability status, project, donor, geographical area, activity, etc.Assist in producing reports containing summary data and reviewing overall performance against targets.Accountability And LearningReceive incoming calls from individuals in need of assistance.Register calls and requests accurately and efficiently.Process requests from individuals in need of assistance and provide information about the availability of humanitarian aid and other assistance via phone, email, or other means.Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the MEAL Officer, MEAL Coordinator, or MEAL ManagerQualificationsUniversity degree in a relevant field such as statistics, math, data analysis, computer science, psychology, political science, economics, international development, or a related discipline. Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian, Russian. Basic knowledge of written and spoken English.EssentialEXPERIENCE AND SKILLS Experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative data collection methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, focus groups).Experience with KoboToolbox, ODK, and related toolsExperience in preparing reports, presentations, and data visualizations.Good level of computer proficiency and ability (in particular Excel)Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.Ability to work independentlyStrong communication skills Ability to meet deadlines Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and adherence to ethical guidelines in data collection, management, and analysis.Familiarity with MEAL concepts, principles, and methodologies.Understanding of data collection, analysis, and reporting techniques.Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, or similar tools).Experience in data collection.
