Material Planning Specialist/Material Planning Specialist in Electrolux Ukraine LLC

Electrolux Ukraine LLC is looking for a Material Planning Specialist (Call Off) to join our Supply Chain Team in Ivano-Frankivsk plant.

Key Responsibilities:

• planning, ordering and forecasting the demand for components and materials to cover the production needs;
• monitor components flow according to production plan (call-off, deliveries, lacks, mismatches, etc.);
• cooperate with suppliers (orders, forecast, return, selections, others);
• follow the changes in components to washing machines and act accordingly;
• track phase in/out, manage obsolete components;
• monitor stock level and optimize stock according to targets;
• optimize delivery costs;
• run projects with company departments and suppliers.

Key Requirements:

• higher education in Logistics / Economics / Finance / Engineering;
• working experience with orders and deliveries of material and/or components;
• working experience in ERP system (SAP, Navision or other) would be an advantage;
• MS Office knowledge (Excel is a must);
• learning ability willingness to study;
• upper-intermediate English.
