Master data specialist in ACINO Ukrayina

Tasks list:

• Maintain Master Data and Document Flow processes in various foreign legal entities (SAP, 1C, 1C Document Flow, Coupa, Kofax)
• Process tickets in Jira
• Maintain e-archive of accounting documents
• Perform documents recognition process in respective tool (Kofax)
• Maintain FX rates in SAP and Coupa
• Work with big data missives, perform data upload, extracting, clean up
• Participate in global projects (accounting and master data tools rollouts)
• Various ad-hoc daily tasks

  General requirements:

• Higher education diploma
• Experience in document flow
• SAP/ERP/1C knowledge is an advantage
• Communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to work with big amount of data and different maintenance requirements, being attentive to details
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Experience in international companies is an advantage
