Master Data Lead in Ajax Systems

We are looking for a team leader who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, consistency and relevance of master data in the ERP system, which is the basis of the efficiency and reliability of the company's business processes. Forms regulations/policies for work with directories, monitors compliance with the described standards for maintaining directories, as well as legislative standards. Necessary knowledge and skills: Desired knowledge of DSTU, DIN, ISO, etc. standards. Experience in master data management or similar responsibilities in a company that uses ERP class systems. Work with excel tables at a good level. Ability to analyze and process large volumes of data. Experience with SQL would be an advantage. Desired knowledge of the basic principles of data migration, their further integration (MDM system for managing directories at the level of several accounting systems) Knowledge of the processes of creating, updating and managing basic data. Understanding of business processes and their dependencies in the company. Ability to analyze user needs and determine what key data is needed to support optimal business operations. Ability to analyze data, identify problems or inaccuracies, develop improvement strategies and implement optimization measures. Communication skills, ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, explain complex issues and cooperate with other departments. Task: Management of master data.
