Marketplace Manager (Walmart / Shopify) in LESSLENS INC.

We are an international B2C Private Label brand creating high-quality products for pets. For over 7 years, we’ve been successfully operating in the U.S. and European markets, growing on platforms like Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, and Chewy.
Our team of 30+ professionals is united by a love for animals and a drive for results.

Due to growth, we’re looking for a Marketplace Manager who will help scale sales and improve performance on Walmart and Shopify platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Manage product catalogs on Walmart and Shopify (priority — Walmart).
  
  

• Analyze and optimize product listings (content, descriptions, pricing, SEO).
  
  

• Set up and improve ad campaigns on Walmart.
  
  

• Manage reviews, ratings, and review services.
  
  

• Monitor KPIs related to sales and profitability.
  
  

• Propose growth ideas and take part in strategic development.
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate

• 1.5+ years of experience working with Walmart.
  
  

• Basic experience with Shopify.
  
  

• Confident with analytical and AI tools (Perpetua, Helium, Keepa, Quartile, etc.).
  
  

• Responsible, structured, and strategic thinker.
  
  

• English level B1 or higher.

• Russian, Ukrainian — fluent
  
  

What We Offer

• Format: Fully remote position.
  
  

• Schedule: 10:00–19:00 (Kyiv time), Mon–Fri.
  
  

• Compensation: $1500–2500 (determined after the interview).
  
  

• All necessary tools and services are provided.
