Marketplace Manager in Bikham

Responsibilities:

• Management of company accounts on marketplaces (Rozetka , Prom, OLX, Kasta, etc.).
• Placing and updating product cards (texts, photos, videos, descriptions).
• Optimizing content to increase sales (SEO descriptions, working with keywords).
• Analysis of competitors and updating prices.
• Organization and control of promotions, discounts, sales.
• Working with reviews and product ratings.
• Interaction with customers: processing orders, resolving issues.
• Maintaining reports and sales analytics.
• Development and implementation of a development strategy for marketplaces.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working with marketplaces.
• Understanding of operating principles and promotion algorithms on Ukrainian marketplaces.
• Skills in working with tables, analytics, setting up pricing strategies.
• Responsibility, attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools.
• Knowledge of English for working with international platforms is preferred.
