• Digital marketing (Google Ads, Facebook ADS, SEO, CRM, Email Marketing);
• Financial Experience (Banks, MFI, Fintech, Investment) - will be an advantage;
• Ability to work with analytics (Google Analytics, Power Bi, Excel, SQL - preferably);
• Leadership qualities, ability to motivate a team and work for the result;
• Competent language and letter, strategic thinking.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing team guidance (context, target, content, CRM, SMM, PR);
• Development and implementation of Mar ?? Ething Strategy;
• Control of all advertising campaigns, budget optimization;
• Analysis of traffic channel efficiency;
• Task Specialists, Terms and Quality Control;
