You'll be a part of a horizontal cross-functional (read: supports many teams) marketing Centre of Excellence responsible for all the digital touchpoints of the customer journey: from brand awareness to customer advocacy, and a tech foundation behind it.The Global Marketing team we belong to is divided into smaller units that cover their designated functions, so you'll have all the guidance needed in adjacent fields, and you're not expected to act as a human Swiss army knife and will focus on what you do best.IF YOU AREA half-marketer, half-tech-geek who can translate the company’s business goals into a MarTech strategy and implementation roadmap that improves audience identification and targeting, enables a holistic customer view, and clearly shows marketing influence through the buyer’s journeyA professional with 8+ years in developing strategies and managing complex Sales/MarTech ecosystems (CRM, marketing automation platforms, CDP, attribution tools, etc.) with experience using HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar toolsA people manager and a functional leader who not only guides a team, but is also confident managing up to higher-level stakeholders (as you might be a part of VP/С-level communication, it’s important you’re comfortable speaking up, negotiating, and constructively challenging top managers when needed) A balanced mix of a strategic thinker and a pragmatic doer, so you can both envision a bigger picture of a MarTech ecosystem and roll up your sleeves evaluating, implementing, and optimizing solutions in a proactive wayKnowledgeable in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data workflows to collaborate effectively with the Marketing Analytics TeamReady to drive real advocacy for solutions we ownWell-acquainted with B2B lead lifecycle management, marketing automation principles, and customer data managementEnthusiastic about technology and innovation in a way that exploring a new tool/integration/process automation is seen as a new adventureA self-driven planner with a sense of deadline and ownership who needs no supervision because supervision is youA confident user of collaboration/project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar)A confident English speaker (Advanced+ level required)AND YOU WANT TOTake strategic and tactical ownership over the short-, mid-, and long-term roadmap of MarTechCollaborate with a truly international team of people first, and then professionals (who love to have a good laugh in a non-cringy way)Directly manage a team, and collaborate with other teams involved in what MarTech touches: Digital, Analytics, ABM, Sales Enablement, etc.Deal with a pretty diverse range of existing MarTech solutions (teaser: HubSpot, Outreach, and Demandbase are on the table, but by far not only), making sure the tools are used to their fullest Handle an even broader range of potential solutions foryou to explore, evaluate, compare, discard most, and select only the best-justified ones (that involves building relations with external vendors)Cooperate with executives and cross-functional teams beyond Marketing (such as IT, CRM, Sales Ops, Integrations, Data Governance, HelpDesk, Procurement, etc.) to get alignment, buy-in, and successful project outcomes that will ensure Global Marketing has a fair and well-equipped seat at the corporate infrastructure tableManage MarTech budget and related business spending managementWork with healthy documentation, secure access management, integration into the corporate ESDLC processes of service/product management and procurement, and all related IT ceremoniesTOGETHER WE WILLChoose, integrate, and optimize marketing technology that improves the experiences of marketers, sales professionals, and prospects alike – and grow businessesEnjoy flexible working hoursGet access to experienced specialists in different domains of Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and GTO willing to share their knowledgeBenefit from attractive salary, sport, remote or office, language classes, and learning opportunities to help you thrive in your roleStay healthy with insurance (and a mindful workplace)Test and learn because nothing in digital is defined or final SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
