The role of the marketing team in the company is to understand the needs of the target audience, its main pain points and solved problems. The main goal of the team is to use this understanding to increase customer engagement rates and increase customer loyalty. The responsibilities of the Marketing Specialist consist of researching the target audience and trends in technology and software development, developing and distributing marketing materials.
