Purpose of the position

We are looking for an experiencedmarketing specialist who will comprehensively develop the Selleriti agency brand in the US and European markets, the main indicator of which is quality leads. You will work with content, social media, blogs, email marketing and affiliate channels - from strategy to results.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategy (content + brand + channels).
  • Creation and publication of content that builds trust and stimulates interest in the brand.
  • Maintenance and adaptation of content for B2B audiences in the USA and Europe.
  • Use of all channels: YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, blog, email (later), partner resources.
  • Generation of leads through content and marketing activities.
  • Coordinating freelancers and external contractors.
  • Monitoring competitors and analyzing channel performance.
  • Working with UpWork.
  • Conducting analytics and optimizing activities to increase leads.

Requirements for candidate

Personal qualities

  • Discipline, autonomy, result orientation.
  • Analytical thinking and creativity.
  • English B1+

Technical skills

  • Complex marketing (full-stack, not only SMM).
  • Content marketing, brand management, B2B marketing.
  • Channel management: social networks, blog, email, partners.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics, basic SEO.
  • Basic video skills (screencasts, short videos).

Bonus (nice to have)

  • Robot experienceand in startups and building marketing from scratch.
  • Basic video skills (screencasts, short videos).
  • Knowledge of SaaS / e-commerce products.
  • Experience of generating leads through content.
  • Experience of working with Upwork.
  • Experience of coordinating freelancers.

  • $1,400-1,800 gross + KPI bonuses (negotiable)
