• know how to tell stories through publications, photos, video content that can be generated both by you and with the help of Artificial Intelligence, as well as programs such as: Canva, Figma (or Photoshop / Illustrator), Creative Pro, InShot, etc.
• do you know why you need a dashboard and how to work with it; 
• love to communicate with people and energize them;
• want to constantly learn and develop, and also already have or are graduating from higher education marketing education; 
• have English language(Intermediate), which will help you learn more about international trends;  
• turn numbers into understandable stories that help make business decisions and boost sales; 
• are ready to take the initiative into their own hands and organize incredible events: strategic sessions, team building, etc.

The key goals you will face:

• increasing product and company recognition due to effective SMM strategies (offline/online);
• company reputation management: forming a positive image of the company and its product.

Your main tasks:

• take participation in the development of a marketing strategy and implement marketing activities in accordance with the goals, values ​​of the company, as well as market trends and current needs of the company; 
• evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities;
• plan and implement marketing campaigns in order to increase sales and increase the level of brand recognition; 
• plan, budget and implement digital advertising campaigns by brand and product;
• be able to justify the chosen channel or promotion method; 
• control and monitor the performance indicators of various communication channels; 
• create a budget and monitor the effectiveness of budget use;
• monitor and analyze trends in digital channels on the market; 
• create and implement a content plan (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn);  
• create presentations that will impress with the originality of ideas and cause a desire to learn more and more information; 
• participate in the development of a brand book, advertising materials, souvenirs;  
• analyze the efficiency of work, prepare reports - well, without it, simply nothing :)
