AB InBev Efes Ukraine, World’s largest brewing company, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing the Consumer Insights manager position.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Be a strategic business partner for our marketing team, give strategic recommendations on how to build a strong portfolio with Powerful and Meaningful brands, focusing on future growth recommendations for portfolio and brands;
  • Lead insights projects and translating insights into concrete actions on how to optimize brand plans, activations and creatives;
  • Partner with our innovation team to build a consumer led innovation pipeline and lead consumers insights projects (1YP) to develop and launch consumer led innovations in the market;
  • Lead projects to identify consumer  and category trends, competitors and opportunities for brand improvement. Deliver strategic recommendations by connecting different data sources (1st and 3rd party data) to drive insights into action;
  • Proactively seek innovative methods that will shape the future ways of working of strategy, insights and innovation development;
  • Consultancy in portfolio and brands development, communication, connections & innovations;
  • Consistent tracking of Market (Nielsen, etc), Consumer Developments (Ad-hocs) & Brand Performance (Brands tracking, diagnostics etc.);
  • Forecasting of future market developments based on observed trends;
  • Support harmonization/alignment of research methodologies with Zone Insights;
  • Cooperate with external partners and build strong relationships based on our needs and partner expertise.

Requirements:

  • University Degree;
  • Minimum 3+years of experience in research/analysis/insights in a company;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Ability to balance support & challenge and make independent judgments & recommendations;
  • Strong executional skills: High Quality, Expertise & Speed;
  • Strong analytical skills & Proficient level of Excel;
  • Excellent project management skills.
