🤩 What is Mroomy

Mroomy is an online interior design company. We specialize in children's rooms and have designed over 1,500 of them, which is the most in Poland. Two years ago, we also launched an online store with equipment for children's rooms.

We have been developing bootstrap from the beginning and it works well for us. We don't have a shower of money from an investor, but we invest a lot in new ideas and we have freedom in shaping them.

At Mroomy we work remotely, which means we do not have an office. From the very beginning, we have been building a well-coordinated team working from anywhere.

🔭 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Marketing Queen (or King, of course ;-P ) who will join the Mrooma team and will be responsible for accelerating growth.

We are looking for a self-starter. This means that at the beginning of your work you will perform most of the activities you come up with on your own and with your own hands.

Our dream Marketing Queen (or King, of course ;-) has most of the following characteristics and competencies:

• e-commerce experience in consumer marketing
< li> ability to invent, build and implement a marketing strategy
• efficiently puts forward theses, conducts experiments and draws conclusions in the form of quick iterations
• has graphic skills - remember, we operate in the aesthetic industry
• has experience in email marketing - she has carried out successful campaigns and can talk about the results
• has a light pen
• knows what SEO/SEM, social media marketing is and can use them appropriately use
• has analytical skills - can measure the effects of her work and draw conclusions
• is independent and brings things to an end

🙅‍♀️ Who is not we are looking

Do not apply if:

• you do not have practical experience in marketing
• you do not know anything about Mroomy
• you don't like our projects
• you can't implement your ideas on your own and you need a team of specialists
• you are not ready for constant experimenting and drawing conclusions
• you must have clearly defined frameworks for your work that you don't like to go beyond
• you miss deadlines
• you haven't used GenAI and ChatGPT yet
• you don't care, where will you work
• you have not read the entire advertisement carefully
• you do not have time to complete the test task
