The main purpose of the position: Systematization, digitization and control of marketing processes. Ensuring uninterrupted operation of the marketing infrastructure, coordinating the team and contractors for the effective launch of promotional campaigns, as well as the technical development of e-commerce platforms.

Key areas of responsibility:

1. Project and process management:

Digitalization: Implementation and administration task trackers (Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.) to create a unified working environment. 

Coordination: Writing clear technical tasks and distributing them among developers (designers, SMM copywriters, e-mail marketers, PPC specialists, content managers). 

Control (Follow-up): Tracking the status of tasks, monitoring deadlines and quality at all stages of preparation of activities. 

Knowledge base: Development of regulations and operational instructions (SOPs). 

Releases: Checking the physical placement and correctness of the display of materials before the start of campaigns.

2. Administration of infrastructure and budgets:

Monitoring of balances in public offices to avoid business shutdowns. 

Timely monitoring of payments for SaaS services and tools in the area of ​​marketing responsibility. 

Monitoring efficiency and accuracy of information in all product promotion channels.

3. Technically advanced? and integration:

Coordination of projects for integration and optimization of sites, marketplaces and CRM systems. Participation in strategic planning of technical work? platforms Control of the work of external teams/contractors.

4. Analytics and reporting:
