We are looking for a strong Marketing Project Manager who can lead the operational marketing of the direction and build processes from scratch.
This is a role for a person with systems thinking, high speed and love for structure, budgets, deadlines and clear coordination of a large number of processes.
What needs to be done?
Lead operational marketing categories: formation and control of the marketing budget
Set tasks for contractors and internal teams, monitor deadlines
Build and optimize marketing processes
Manage cross-functional category projects
Launch multi-channel advertising campaigns together with external contractors and internal departments
Control the regular creation of online and offline marketing materials, as well as product packaging
Coordinate marketing events
What is important to us?
Strong operational skills: project management, building processes, creating briefs, roadmaps, budgets, task managers
Experience in an agency or on the brand side (middle/senior account manager or a strong project manager in marketing)
Understanding marketing processes in retail or FMCG
Ability to work effectively with a large number of stakeholders at the same time
High responsibility, structure and speed in acceptance solutions
Interest in the category of healthy food
