We are looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team who will be responsible for developing solutions that help our Clients reach their business goals using digital marketing tools & practices. The ideal candidate should establish and maintain strong Client relationships by thoroughly understanding their business needs, maintaining a transparent working process, and meeting the Client's expectations, including business goals, communication objectives, and deadlines. Also, the role performer will be responsible for consistently overseeing the deliverables produced by the delivery team to make sure they are aligned with Clients' business and campaign ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear, timely, and transparent communication while managing expectations and maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Create and propose data-driven marketing ideas and initiatives that directly support client goals and KPIs, proactively translating insights into actionable concepts to accelerate performance and growth.
Translate marketing strategy into actionable execution plans, creating structured briefs and task roadmaps for cross-functional teams.
Plan, coordinate, and oversee full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, web, social media, and ABM channels to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring all outputs meet agreed scope, quality standards, and deadlines.
Allocate and optimize internal resources (marketing specialists, designers, content creators, developers) based on workload, priorities, and project requirements.
Coordinate cross-functional team workflows, facilitating collaboration, resolving bottlenecks, and maintaining operational momentum.
Track and evaluate campaign performance, leveraging analytics tools and reporting dashboards to ensure activities drive measurable outcomes.
Prepare and present structured client reports, translating performance data into actionable insights and next-step recommendations.
Identify optimization opportunities, proactively proposing improvements to enhance campaign performance and delivery processes.
Spot growth and upsell opportunities, collaborating with senior stakeholders to align expansion ideas with client needs and strategic goals.
Must-Have Requirements:
2+ years of experience in project management within a digital marketing, B2B marketing, or agency environment.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, email marketing, web, social media, ABM) and how they contribute to full-funnel performance.
Proven abilityto manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to present updates, manage expectations, and build trust-based relationships.
Experience translating strategic goals into actionable project plans, briefs, and structured task workflows.
Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., ActiveCollab, Monday.com, Asana, Jira, or similar).
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics and use insights to guide decisions.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to scope, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between marketers, designers, and content specialists.
Problem-solving mindset, with confidence in identifying bottlenecks and proactively proposing solutions.
Comfort working in a fast-paced agency environment, adapting to shifting priorities and evolving client needs.
Professional written and verbal English communication skills, suitable for daily client interaction.
