Marketing Project Manager in HR Agency Key People

HR Agency Key People is a leading recruiting agency specializing in the selection of highly qualified specialists for various areas of business. 

Our customer is an international concert company that sells monthly300-400 events in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany and Ukraine.
The company has a lot of marketing tasks, and we need someone who canhold the system together.

Zones of responsibility

1. Management of marketing projects

• Management of marketing launches:

  • special projects,

  • affiliate campaigns.

• Planning:

  • stages,

  • deadlines,

  • responsible.

• Control of tasks and statuses.

2. Coordination of teams and contractors

• Work with:

  • by target experts (Meta / Google),

  • designers,

  • copywriters,

  • email marketing.

• Synchronization of tasks between marketing, sales and operations team.

• Establishment of clear technical specifications and acceptance of results.

3. Marketing department

• Regular process support:

  • launch of advertising campaigns,

  • updating creatives,

  • preparation landing pages,

  • emails.

• form.> Control of results (at the basic level)

  • Monitoring of key indicators:

    • launched,

    • text-decoration: none">Communication with the analyst. performance specialists.

    • Preparation of short status reports for the team.

    ?? Tools

    • Marketing:

      • Meta Ads, Google Ads (at the level of understanding processes),

      • Email platforms (Sendpulse / Mailchimp / GetResponse),

    • Analytics (basic):

      • GA4 (event validation, not deep analytics).

    Our candidate:

    • Has 2+ years of experience in marketing or digital project management.

    • Has management experiencemarketing tasks / campaigns.

    • Has an understanding of how performance marketing works (without having to run it yourself).

    • Able to keep deadlines and several projects in parallel.

    • Structured, attentive, responsible.

    • Has experience working with teams and contractors.

    Nice to have

    • Experience in events / ticket business.

    • Understanding email marketing and CRM.

    • Experience of working with a large volume of projects of the same type.

    • English / Polish is a plus.

    Typical tasks

    • Start a marketing campaign for 10-20 concerts per week.

    • Check the availability of advertising materials before the start.

    • Control the deadlines of designers and target specialists.

    • Collect launch status in one document.

    • Ensure that nothing was lost between teams.
