Our project is not just numbers and coefficients. It is intrigue, dynamics and advanced technologies. We are creating a product that sets trends in the betting industry and we need a leader!

What tasks will need to be handled?

• Planning and control of execution projects from idea to release.
• Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers).
• Prioritization of tasks and resources for effective achievement objectives.
• Supporting communication between teams and external stakeholders.
• Implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve productivity.
• Analyzing risks and developing plans for their avoidance.< /li>
• Constant monitoring of project progress and preparation of reports.

What you will need:

• Work experience project manager in an IT company for 2 years or more.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience in their implementation.
• Skills in resource management, time management and task allocation.

• High communication skills, the ability to convey ideas and motivate the team.
• Analytical mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
• Experience in startups or product companies will be an advantage.

The trial period for this position is 2 months, during we will get used to them and work together.
