Do you know how to assemble a dream team, meet deadlines and turn chaos into order? Then we are looking for you, Marketing Project Managera, for an ambitious betting project at our partner company TS Media!
Our project is not just numbers and coefficients. It is intrigue, dynamics and advanced technologies. We are creating a product that sets trends in the betting industry and we need a leader!
What tasks will need to be handled?
- Planning and control of execution projects from idea to release.
- Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams (designers, developers, marketers).
- Prioritization of tasks and resources for effective achievement objectives.
- Supporting communication between teams and external stakeholders.
- Implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies to improve productivity.
- Analyzing risks and developing plans for their avoidance.< /li>
- Constant monitoring of project progress and preparation of reports.
What you will need:
- Work experience project manager in an IT company for 2 years or more.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practical experience in their implementation.
- Skills in resource management, time management and task allocation.
>- High communication skills, the ability to convey ideas and motivate the team.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
- Experience in startups or product companies will be an advantage.

The trial period for this position is 2 months, during we will get used to them and work together.
