Our partner, a leading Ukrainian financial company, has opened a competition for the position of Marketing Officer

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

1. Creation and implementation of the company's marketing strategy in the direction of collection — strengthening trust, loyalty and brand recognition.

2. Development of the company's Tone of Voice through social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).

3. Maintaining and updating the corporate website, creating content and landing pages for campaigns.

4. Planning and launch of a digital campaign (PPC, remarketing, SEO/SEM, SMM).

5. Formation of PR communication, work with media and partner projects.

6. Cooperation with designers, video product and top management, creating content that really works.

7. Analysis of results, generation of marketing analytics and reports.

KEY SKILLS:

- Higher education in the field of marketing, communications or business.

- Experience in similar areas — collection, FinTech, banking products, lending or the legal sector (will be a big advantage).

- Proficiency in digital tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM.

- The ability to create content and accurately feel the tone-of-voice of the brand.

- Analytical thinking — the ability to see insights from data, not just numbers.

- Communication, initiative, the ability to react quickly and work in a team.

- Additional plus — basic knowledge of design or video editing (Canva, Photoshop, VN).
