Your tasks will be: - Creation, management and optimization of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Tiktok and other advertising networks; - Creation of advertising creatives, analysis of their performance and their continuous improvement to attract new users;— Testing of new channels and technologies;— Analysis of key indicators in all channels: LTV, CAC, ROMI/ROAS and ROI/ROR, etc.;— Participation in building a marketing and communication strategy together with team. What you need to join us— 1 year+ of work experience in the field of performance marketing, marketing, auditing, consulting or analytics;— Strong analytical skills, the ability to analyze large volumes of information and draw conclusions from it, critical thinking;— Confidence level use of Excel and Google Sheets;— Responsibility and attention to detail;— Quick adaptability to changes;— Intermediate+ English language proficiency.
