We are currently looking forMarketing Manager Generalist for the development of our educational products on the Ukrainian market. What will you do:

- Building a strategy: your experience will allow us to better understand the market and develop the most effective strategies for business development

- Team management: you will have the opportunity to manage a small team of creative professionals. (SMM, PPC, Designer)

-Formation, control and management of the marketing budget, work with reporting.

Lido generation with digital marketing tools.

-Carrying out sales promotion measures.

Controlling the promotion of the company's official pages in social networks .

- Launching educational products: you will manage the entire process — from idea to implementation!

- Social networks - development of promotion policy in the most effective communication channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).

- Analytics: tracking campaign performance indicators (including social networks) and optimization based on the received data.

- 3+ years of experience in the field of digital marketing.

- Deep knowledge of all digital tools (PPC, SMM, SEO, Email marketing).

- Experience in influence marketing: you know how to work with influencers and find profitable collaborations.

- Team management experience: you have already managed a team and know how to organize work to achieve results.

- Deep understanding of social networks and their algorithms: you easily navigate trends and know how to attract attention.

- Ability to use analytical tools for social networks (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics).

- Creativity and strategic thinking: you know not only how to generate ideas, but also how to implement them with a long-term result.
