Category Development Marketing Manager in Timak Agro Ukrayina

Reporting directly to the Head of the Marketing Department, you will perform the following tasks :

• Development and implementation of category development strategy;
• Market analysis, competitors and consumer trends to determine promising directions of development;
• Analysis of sales and profitability of the category, development of proposals for improving efficiency;
• Development of brand plans for category products;
• Planning and implementation of marketing activities to increase sales and product recognition;
• Development and implementation of the assortment policy of the company;
• Preparation and implementation of recommendations regarding the price positioning of product categories; 
• Interaction with suppliers and control over the fulfillment of contract terms;
• Signing and management of contracts, document flow for projects , control of budget expenditures;
• Participation in marketing research;
• Interaction with other divisions of the company.< /li>

Candidate profile:

• Higher education (marketing, management, advertising and PR, business economics);
• 1-2 years of work experience as a marketer, brand manager, category manager
• High level of mastery of Excel: pivot tables, formulas, charts, arrays of data;
• Confident user of Power BI (will be a significant advantage)
• Analytical mindset, logical thinking, ability to form conclusions and proposals based on analysis;
• High level of communication and negotiation skills; 
• A systematic approach to work.
