Your main duties will be:

• Development and improvement of existing eco-projects, creation of new ideas from scratch.
< li>Formation and support of an active eco-community of the brand.
• Creative implementation of eco-initiatives in stores to inspire our Guests.
• Coordination of internal and external communications related to eco-projects.
• Setting tasks and interaction with agencies for the implementation of projects.
• Development of concepts for new eco-goods that will conquer the hearts of our Guests.
• Analysis market and conducting research to improve eco-programs.

Work will require:

• Experience in the field of marketing, advertising, PR or event management (from 1 year).
• Project management skills.
• An advantage will be: knowledge of the eco-community, experience in launching eco-programs, understanding of the eco-goods market.
• Ability to coordinate the work of teams (design, production) and set clear tasks.
• Organizational skills, experience in creating advertising materials, financial literacy.
• Skills for working with designers, evaluation creativity in accordance with tasks.
• A confident user of MS Office; knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Intermediate English.
