Now we are actively scaling: developing the site, building funnels in GoHighLevel and ManyChat, launching LinkedIn campaigns, do webinars and package products for realtors and loan officers.
The team already has strong specialists (SMM, PR, video, SEO, development, design, copywriting, email), and we need a person who will connect all this into one working growth machine: will keep the numbers under control, quickly test hypotheses, manage ongoing and bring tasks to a result.
What you will do
- Conduct analytics on the site/landings, social networks, CRM and funnels; support tracking (UTM/events) and make short weekly reports.
- Improve conversion (CRO): find "bottlenecks" on pages, form test/hypothesis backlog, coordinate design/dev/copyright, measure result.
- Automate SEO processes together with an SEO specialist.
- Launch campaigns and lead (LinkedIn and other channels): segmentation, messages, testing approaches.
- Build and maintain funnels in GoHighLevel and ManyChat: quiz/form > CRM > auto-communications > recording > warm-up.
- Manage webinars end-to-end: registration, reminders, materials, follow-up series.
- Help with products for realtors / loan officers: offer, structure, landing, funnel, launch.
- Coordinate site creation and content management: TOR, deadlines, QA, publication.
- Actively apply AI for analysis, TOR preparation, automation and acceleration processes.
Requirements
- Discipline in marketing: metrics, reports, prioritization, bringing tasks to a result.
- Understanding CRO and logic of landing pages (offer, trust, CTA, form).
- Experience with CRM/funnels and automations (a big plus - GoHighLevel).
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach/campaigns.
- Ability to work with a team (design/dev/content) and manage ongoing.
Would be an advantage
Mortgage/real estate experience, GA4/Tag Manager/Looker Studio, ManyChat, webinar launches, paid search, AI practice.
