Marketing manager (analytics, strategy) in VodaUa

VODA UA is a company that produces and sells Carpathian spring waters. 

We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (Strategy, Analytics)

Main tasks:

• Development and launch of marketing strategies;
• Organization, search , collecting and conducting marketing research;
• Participate in the formation and control of the implementation of marketing strategy, budgets.
• Evaluation of the company's position on the market.
• Market analysis and competitors, new assortment;
• Organization of forum groups;
• Creation of reports and presentations with analysis results;
• Analysis of the effectiveness of advertising and digital companies;

• Working with internal company data: analysis of key indicators of customer base behavior, sales, business performance;
• Cooperation with various company departments to meet analytical information needs;
• Predict patterns customer behavior, taking into account the activity of competitors and identifying market trends.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years;
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI;
• Ability to work with analytical tools and large volumes of data , the ability to find meaningful information in them;
• Experience in using various data sources to conduct analysis and transform it into insights and business recommendations
• Modeling and forecasting;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Ability to work in a team.
