Mission for the role: Launch and support the partner program: form an expert presence in the infospace, attract and retain affiliate partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Marketing Manager for two years in the Affiliate Marketing niche.
  • Experience in building and implementing a content strategy in accordance with business goals.
  • Strong copywriting and working with Tone of Voice (B2B / expert style) for various platforms.
  • Experience content analytics and strategy optimization to achieve business goals.

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of Tone of Voice for expert brand: performance market, CIS and English-speaking audience.
  • Understanding cultural differences between CIS and English-speaking market: communication formats and channels, taboos, factors trust.
  • Understanding the mechanisms of reputation in the community: forms of trust, word of mouth, non-verbal signals of loyalty.
  • Knowledge of the specifics of verticals: iGaming, FinTech, E-commerce, Dating.
  • Orientation in the affiliate marketing ecosystem, knowledge of key conferences and exhibitions (Affiliate World, iGB Affiliate, etc.).
  • English B2+.

Skills:

  • Write and edit texts for placements and content materials.
  • Adapt messages for different GEOs, partner roles and communication channels.
  • Form content plans, content matrices, TK for designers and SMM.
  • Lead public communication on behalf of the brand.
  • Evaluate competitors and the market to identify new opportunities.
  • Forecast department results based on historical data and market trends, build reports and visualize indicators for management.

Main responsibilities:

  • Formation and implementation of marketing development strategy of the brand.
  • Development of content plans and key messages on behalf of the brand.
  • Ensuring the constant presence of the brand in the infospace and control over its reputation.
  • Formation of the marketing budget, allocation of costs and control over their compliance.
  • Reporting on marketing activities and evaluation of their effectiveness.
