We are scaling marketing and looking for a person who will systematically build marketing processes, strengthen brand positioning and help generate quality B2B leads.
About the role
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational marketing of the product: from positioning and content to launching campaigns and analytics.
This is a role for a person who knows how to work with a B2B audience (clinic managers, medical directors, business owners), understands the long sales funnel and can synchronize marketing with the sales department.
Main responsibilities
- Development and implementation of product marketing strategy
- Formation of positioning and key messages for different segments of clients
- Launch and optimization of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing)
- Development of content marketing (site, case studies, blog, social networks, expert materials)
- Generation and qualification of leads for the sales department
- Work with analytics: CPL, CAC, ROI, conversions in the funnel
- Organization of participation in profile events, conferences, medical forums
- Cooperation with contractors (design, target, PR, production)
Requirements
- Experience in marketing from 2-3 years
- Experience in B2B (preferably IT / SaaS / medical field)
- Understanding the sales funnel and leads generation
- Experience of working with advertising offices and analytics
- Ability to work with budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of channels
- Systematic, initiative, proactivity

- Experience of IT product promotion
- Understanding the specifics of the medical market of Ukraine
- Experience of building marketing processes "with zero”
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation
