Marketing manager in BGV Group Management

BGV Development, part of the BGV Group Management group, is located in Head of marketing!

Main duties:

• Analysis of the real estate market (research of the residential and commercial real estate market, analysis of trends, features of the CA and competitor analysis);
• Development of a marketing strategy for specific projects (creation of promotion strategies and identification of unique sales offers for each object);
• Development and implementation of advertising campaigns (launch and monitoring of advertising campaigns in digital channels, advertising in offline channels);
• Content marketing and informational support of projects (support of the site and pages in social networks, publication of current information about the progress of construction; preparation of information materials);
• Positioning of the developer's brand;
• SEO and work with the company website (site optimization and content creation);
• Sales support (brochures, etc. organization of events for potential buyers (open days, construction tours).

Basic requirements:

• Work experience of 2 years or more in a similar position (preferably - development, sales);
• Professional education and courses;
• PC knowledge (Microsoft office; Google Analytics; programs for creating reports and data visualization; Google Search Console; Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager; WordPress Ads, Shopify, Joomla; Tools for email marketing).
