Marketing manager in Kvertus

What is needed for thisrole:

Hard skills:

• Higher education in the field of marketing, communications, PR or related areas.
• Practical knowledge in the creation and administration of content for sites.
• Experience in the development of printing products, branding and souvenir products.
• Confident command of graphic editors (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
• Knowledge of tools for creating presentations (PowerPoint, Google Slides).
• Skills in working with photo and video equipment, basic photo retouching and processing.

Soft skills:

• High level of communication skills, the ability to negotiate (with suppliers, printing companies, event organizers).
• Experience in planning and controlling the costs of marketing activities.
• Attention to details and the ability to ensure the quality of completed tasks.
• Proactivity, initiative, readiness to improve processes and offer new ideas.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in fast-paced conditions.

Main tasks:

• Site administration: creation, editing and publication of content and creatives.
• Development of printing products (catalogues, brochures), preparation for printing.
• Orders branded souvenirs, creation of corporate identity, development of banners.
• Communication and search for contractors, conducting tenders, concluding contracts.
• Creation of presentations.
• Visits for content shooting, production shooting, basic retouching.
• Control of the composition of souvenir products, accounting reporting.
• Purchasing and branding of clothing and merch for the company.
