Marketing Manager in Slinex

Slinex is a developer of innovative security systems. For more than 15 years, we have been creating advanced video intercoms that are used in more than 50 countries around the world.

We are opening a position Marketing Managerand we invite a talented specialist who seeks to develop in all areas of marketing. If you are ready to make our product recognizable in the world, implement your ideas and increase the level of brand recognition, we want to see you in our team!

< strong style="font-weight: 700">Functional duties:

1. Analysis and development of a marketing plan (90% of time):

• Analysis markets, creating a portrait of the target audience and segmentation of the target audience. 
• Analysis of the competitive environment in each market.
• Working with data: analysis of large amounts of information, selection of the necessary information, forming conclusions
• Development of a comprehensive online promotion strategy.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and development of recommendations for their improvement.

2. Direct marketing: working with email newsletters, updating databases, increasing conversions

3. Site:

• writing blog articles, publishing news
• adding and updating product cards, developing a filter system for the catalog

4. Social networks:page management and conversion improvement (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Pinterest, X).

Requirements and wishes:

• Experience in marketing from 1 year 
• Knowledge of English at the level of Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate
• Higher education in marketing or relevant certificates
• Skills to analyze markets, competitors and work with marketing tools (Figma, Canva)
• Experience using AI
• Responsibility, communication, attention to details
