Marketing Lead in HRTEAM

Gastromarket chain in Lviv with its own delivery of pizza and sushi, which is actively developing and expanding the network of locations. The company creates a modern gastronomic brand, improving the product, service and atmosphere for guests.

We are now looking for a marketing lead who will help systematically develop marketing, strengthen the brand and open new opportunities for business growth.

Location: str. Luhanska 18

Your main duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's marketing strategy;
• Analyze the market, competitors and audience, find opportunities for growth;
• Plan and launch marketing campaigns and promotions;
• Manage digital promotion channels (SMM, SEO, Google Ads, targeted advertising);
• Develop CRM and loyalty programs to increase repeat orders;
• Coordinate the work of the marketing team and contractors;
• Analyze key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and make decisions based on data;

If you:

• You have 2 years of experience in marketing (experience in HoReCa will be an advantage);
• You understand digital marketing and key customer attraction channels;
• You have strategic thinking and a systematic approach to marketing;
• You can easily communicate, coordinate processes and interact with the team.
