Marketing Lead in De7 Partner LLC

We need a marketer-strategist who feels the drive both from creating a global game map and from the direct implementation of projects. This is a role for an autonomous leader who is ready to take responsibility for brand, lead generation and internal culture in a multi-project environment.

What we entrust to you:

1. Building expert marketing (Content & Authority)

• De7 Comment project: organizing the creation of expert content, you turn the knowledge of our experts into content that is read and promotes the company at all levels.
• SAP vendor: Cooperation with the vendor, international communication and clear reporting to the vendor in the cross-section of marketing activities.
• Packaging & Case Studies: "packaging" of services and own products and creation of structured customer success stories.

2. Lead generation and digital promotion

• Website & SEO: updating the site, launching the English version and coordinating SEO promotion;
• Social Media & Ads: maintaining professional pages in social networks, filling them with expert content, launching and optimizing advertising campaigns;
• Funnel Management: setting up the process of transferring leads to the department sales and quality control of incoming requests.

3. SEO Brand

• Developing the CEO's personal brand as a key industry expert.

4. Event management and communications

• Organization of expert events (up to 5 online webinars and 2-3 offline events)
• Employer brand development
• Participation in internal communications, creation of merchandise, broadcasting of company values in internal communications

5. Resource management

• Coordination of contractors (copywriters, designers, video production). You set the TOR and control the quality.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing (IT, consulting, advertising agencies, services).
• Has Hands-on mindset: you are a strategist who is not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" and do the task with your hands if it is necessary at the start.
• Possess English at the B2+/C1 level (fluent communication with SAP (constantly) and work with texts).
• Able to structure tasks, set priorities and work autonomously.
• Understands how to work content marketing and complex service sales funnels.
