Internship Program Overview:

We are offering a 3-month full-time internship program designed to provide hands-on experience across key business functions. This program allows you to apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings, with a focus on Customer Service, Influencer Marketing, Product Development, and Creative Support. Our ultimate goal is to assess your potential for transitioning into permanent roles based on your performance and growth during the internship.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or a related field.
• Upper-intermediate English level, excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, web design, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Experience or interest in influencer marketing and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What You Will Learn and Do:

• As part of this internship, you will gain exposure to a variety of tasks that span multiple business functions. You’ll collaborate with team members to resolve customer inquiries in Zendesk, ensuring clear, consistent communication in Dutch, English, German, or French. You’ll also develop documentation to streamline and enhance our customer service processes.
• In Influencer Marketing, you’ll manage campaigns from start to finish using Upfluence, expanding our influencer marketing efforts, especially in the bridal and pet collections. You’ll be involved in setting up new influencer programs for our watch project, which will include outreach to bloggers and PR partners.
• On the Product Development side, you will help oversee reordering processes and logistics, ensuring timely product delivery via air and sea while coordinating shipments to prevent stock shortages.
• You’ll also support our creative lead in various design-related tasks using tools like Photoshop and InDesign. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to web design, video editing, and social media content creation, playing a key role in our creative output.
