Join us and help power the world with clean, renewable energy!About the Role As our Marketing Director, you will:Develop and grow brand of company and platform, craft brand strategy,Define marketing strategy, develop and execute marketing actions for all target audiencesPerform all starting work to start business (brandbooks, logo, site frontpage, document templates etc.) Quickly scale with the help of outsourcing partners in the US market.Test and implement innovative attraction methods to drive customer engagement.Develop a campaign and event calendar, establish marketing budget, and conduct market and competitor analysis.Analyze essential marketing metrics, conduct market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis, evaluate campaign outcomes, and track consumer trends.Deliver a comprehensive overview of all marketing activities aimed at boosting awareness and sales, encompassing digital, print, media, and social media strategies, as well as market research and direct marketing efforts.Ideal Candidate Profile:7+ years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on digital and growth marketingProven track record of launching and scaling tech platforms or marketplacesDeep understanding of the U.S. renewable energy landscape, particularly solarStartup experience, comfortable with ambiguity and wearing multiple hatsExceptional analytical skills, able to derive actionable insights from complex data setsKey QualificationsProven Expertise in Marketing:Comprehensive experience in online, offline, and digital marketing strategies.Ability to develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive brand growth and customer acquisition.Experience in growth of platform brands and in internet marketing is an advantage.Startup Mindset:Adaptability: Startups operate with limited budgets. Candidates need creative skills to achieve business and marketing goals with an underestimated budget until the next funding round.Proactivity: The volume of tasks during the growth phase will exceed those in a traditional functional strategy.
