We invite to our company a candidate for the position ofmarketing director

Responsibilities

1. Coordination of marketing teams
2. Training of company employees
3. Control over the work of employees and ensuring high quality of work execution
4. Management of cross-functional projects
5. Analysis of the market and competitive environment for the formation of a highly liquid assortment, development and implementation of an effective strategy for the promotion of company products
6. Assortment management - selection of new brands and SKUs, launch of new products, rotation, pricing
7. Interaction with manufacturers on marketing support
8. High-quality localization and adaptation to the Ukrainian market of marketing materials of manufacturers
    a) packages, instructions, markings
    b) catalogs, leaflets, presentations
    c) content for e-commerce
    • product cards - pictures, descriptions, infographics
    • articles
    • banners
    • news
    d) POS materials
    e) information for SMM 
9. Setting tasks for the designer and content manager, execution control
10. Creation of information content for effective visits of the external service - presentations, campaign book
11. Development, organization and implementation of marketing events
     a) Trade marketing. Promotions, POS materials
     b) PR
     • Work with brand ambassadors and opinion leaders. Creation of promotional video materials
     • Exhibitions, seminars, etc.
12. Education and training for employees of the external service
13. Ensuring the fulfillment of planned sales and market share indicators
14. Control of advertising activity of brands and communication with the end consumer (working with feedback, questions, etc.) in accordance with the company standards of manufacturers. Brand reputation monitoring and management

Requirements:

1. Successful experience as a product manager in the direction of Pharma or FMCG
2. Willingness to study brand marketing materials, brand books, standards, scientific studies and articles of manufacturers represented by our company (as well as acquire basic knowledge of dentistry) to meet these standards in localized materials
3. Proficient knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages (competent written communication, ability to translate), basic knowledge of English
4. Attention to details (perfectionism)
5. Ability to step by step, in order of priority, bring tasks to a high-quality result in a short time frame
6. Understanding the principles of standardization and unification of descriptions, images, etc. The ability to compose text correctly, comprehensively and informatively
7. High level of analytical thinking, ability to effecteffectively plan and work with a large amount of information in multitasking conditions
8. High time management skills (prioritization of tasks, effective time management)
9. Experience with: Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint, Photoshop, InDesign, 1C, Microsoft Office, administrative panels of sites, ChatGPT
10. Personal qualities: proactivity, focus, creativity, responsibility, decency, honesty
