• Planning and Budgeting: Development of marketing budget, control of its implementation and analysis of cost efficiency. 
• Brand management: Formation and support of the unique image of Ukr Gold on the market, management of brand reputation. 
• Development of Digital Marketing: Implementation of Effective online tools, social networks, SEO, PPC, SMM, E-mail marketing. 
• Market Analysis: Studying a competitive environment, consumer trends and developing appropriate measures. 
• Marketing team management: Marketing management, tasks and control of their performance. 
• Sales Support: Development of stocks, promotional campaigns, loyalty programs to increase customer attraction and sales. 
• Partnerships: Organizing cooperation with advertising agencies, media and other external partners.

requirements for candidate:

Education and Experience:

• Higher Education in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.
Experience in marketing management positions (marketing director, head of marketing department) for at least 5 years.
