We need to look for new channels, approaches, strategies that will drive the development of Laba Group projects, but without initiative and skill marketing designer to realize our plans. That is why we are looking for Middle Marketing Designerand we are looking for a candidate both from outside and inside Laba Group to join the Growth Marketing project.

What will be in your task list:

• development of new advertising formats for various channels (LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, SnapChat, etc.);
• generation of new performance ad top templates for testing on Skillium (creative testing site);
• promotesgenerating hypotheses to optimize our course promotion ideas;
• helps with the adaptation of tested formats for all our brands (taking into account the technical and brand specificities of all markets and projects). 

We will feel the connection, if you:

• have 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
• possess English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• have a deep understanding of composition, typography, color theory;
• you are well versed in brand identity (you know the features and take them into account in the design);
• you understand the basics of Performance Marketing;
• you seek and use new design tools to improve processes. 
• capable of creating visual content that effectively conveys a marketing message to a target audience;
• have experience with AI tools (static content generation). 

Nice-to-have:

• you work not only with statics, as well as with motion design, lands;
• you have experience working with UX/UI design projects.
