WE ARESoftServe Global Marketing is rapidly growing and seeking out a Marketing Database Specialist to join our Database Team. As a broader Digital Marketing & MarTech team, we are responsible for maintaining overall market presence and brand awareness, identifying and getting to know our target audience, engaging with them through all relevant channels, and helping SoftServe generate new business.The Global Marketing team we belong to is divided into smaller units that cover their designated functions, so you'll have all the guidance needed in adjacent fields, and you're not expected to act as a human Swiss army knife and will focus on what you do best.IF YOU AREHolding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related fieldHighly proficient in MS Excel and creating reportsCertain of your analytical skillsAdept at managing contact/company lists, databases, workflows, related research, and marketing automation toolsAn expert in matching logic and data cleansing processes and techniquesThe one who produces results quickly and meets deadlinesExperienced with Marketing Automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, or similar)Comfortable working with routine tasks, thriving in a stable environment, and enjoying the consistency of database workA professional maintaining attention to detail and ensuring high-quality outcomesA sound communicator efficient in internal, and a range of adjacent marketing teamsProficient in English at an intermediate level, or higherAND YOU WANT TOWork with large and varied data sets from multiple data sources of a B2B flavor (so we’re talking companies, contacts, and other usual CRM objects)Collect, analyze, and operationalize prospect and customer dataGather data and monitor campaigns; loading new contact data into the company database under supervisionImplement marketing automation: setting up, maintaining, and monitoring workflows for multiple marketing user casesAssist with email-related operationsWork with list management and research: help create and maintain high-quality lists for marketing programsCollaborate with marketing program owners to define list criteriaPractice data sourcing and cleansing, improving data qualityTOGETHER WE WILLLearn how to work with prospect and customer dataDevelop you as a Database Marketing specialist on an individual career path mapped with youEnjoy flexible working hoursGet access to experienced specialists in different domains of Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and GTO willing to share their knowledgeBenefit from attractive salary, sport, remote or office, language classes, and learning opportunities to help you thrive in your roleStay healthy with insurance (and a mindful workplace)Test and learn because nothing in digital is defined or final SoftServe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
