Join us as a Marketing Data Analyst in the Digital & BI team, Growth Marketing department.

How exactly you can influence the development of the company:

• consolidation and analysis of information from internal data sources (DWH) in the part of customers / orders, behavioral segmentation of customers by regions / countries in the company's portfolio

• preparation, formation and automation of operational reporting in Tableau (Riders, Drivers, Orders, APRU, Churn rate)

• data analysis with the aim of obtaining important information, new insights (data mining)

• search for regularities and explanation of events with the help of data

• Ad-hoc requests of colleagues from different departments of the company

• systematization and visualization of data

< strong>Challenges for 3 months:

• successfully pass the onboarding, deal with the analytical environment, existing data

• master the practices of solving typical tasks

• accept the pool of existing reports for support, deal with their structure

• deal with existing reporting in the following areas: CRM, Digital, LP, Driver

To achieve results, you will need :

• experience of Data Analyst from 2 years

• mastery of SQL for data query (window functions, data grouping)

• mastery of one with BI tools (Tableau is an advantage/ClickView/PowerBI)

• knowledge of Python for working with big data will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

• you can plan your own work schedule, however, in order to be efficient,

we have mandatory joint working hours - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. :00

• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of rewardsи)
