You will collaborate with content specialists, marketing managers, designers, web developers, and subject matter experts. The team operates in a distributed environment with clear processes, regular communication, and shared ownership of deliverables.

Position overview

We are looking for a Marketing Content Specialist who will develop high-quality written materials, support digital marketing initiatives, and contribute to the growth of content operations. You will work closely with subject matter experts and internal teams to create accurate, engaging, and structured content across multiple formats.

Technology stack

Google Analytics, Jira, content management systems, Grammarly, GenAI tools, and collaboration platforms

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality content across articles, case studies, white papers, presentations, web pages, and advertising copy
  • Manage the content development process from ideation through publication, except for design and video production
  • Interview subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and produce accurate content
  • Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice
  • Align all content with established style guidelines and messaging principles
  • Optimize content for improved website performance and social media engagement
  • Analyze content performance using Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Use GenAI tools and Grammarly to support first drafts while maintaining an authoritative tone
  • Work in Jira or similar systems to manage tasks and delivery timelines
  • Collaborate with project managers, design teams, and web teams to deliver marketing collateral
  • Create content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Develop sales materials, including case studies and presentations
  • Produce content for websites and landing pages
  • Contribute ideas for social media content, including LinkedIn
  • Identify gaps in content briefs and recommend improvements
  • Escalate risks and blockers that may affect delivery timelines

Requirements

  • Three years of experience in marketing or a similar role
  • Near native English proficiency, written and spoken
  • Understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within IT services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver on commitments
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Clear and proactive communication skills suitable for a Western business context

Nice to have

  • Experience with SEO tools, including Ahrefs or Semrush
  • Experience with paid digital campaigns on platforms such as LinkedIn or Google Ads
  • Familiarity with video production processes
  • Understanding of IT product development stages
  • Experience collaborating within distributed teams
