Job DescriptionThe role of the Vaccines Marketing & Communications Manager will be to contribute to Ukraine’s growth and success by developing and managing effective Vaccines strategy, disease awareness campaigns in support of its products, its relationships with government, payers, media and advocacy groups aimed to growth vaccines access in private and public segments.Leading and supporting the process for the development and evolution of the marketing and communications strategy for selected customer target segments for Vaccines, based on their needs (for example, development of content that drives product awareness consideration/prescription intent / unbranded relevant content etc.)Our focus is on innovation and launch execution excellence and we translate breakthrough science into innovative medicines and vaccines that help people and protect and improve lives.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads brand & communication strategy (HCP, Public, etc.) – implements existing strategies and develops local vaccines strategies.Lead marketing and communications for Vaccines launches, vaccines area-related and patient/disease awareness campaigns, digital and communication by working closely with Local CFT, MRL and Regional/Global marketing/communication teams.Lead development, execution, refining of marketing plans to meet sales and share results, optimizing available resources.Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key customers and top scientific leaders.
