Marketing and PR manager in Prave Dilo

Role Mission:build strong external relationships and internal processes to promote brand of the company and consultants on target sites and markets (conditionally 30% of efforts on the brand of the company, 70% on the brand of consultants).

Responsibilities:

About the company:

< li>Participation in development and system implementation communication strategy to increase company brand recognition for new consultants and clients;
• Management of marketing and PR projects, as well as resources (specialists, budget, etc.) for their implementation: planning and management of design, content and development of all marketing materials, as well as the launch of paid promotion;
• Packaging together with a team of specialized text specialists, visual and digital materials regarding the company's products, offers to customers, presentations, etc.;
• Control of compliance with corporate style in external communications using the company brand;
• Tracking trends in communications and implementation of new approaches, analysis of competitors and the external business context of the company and the country.

Regarding consultants:

• Participation in the development and systematic implementation of consultants' personal PR strategies;
• Establishing contacts with relevant media, business communities and opinion leaders, ensuring media visibility of consultants among them;

• Event management: regular search for targeted events for participation, consultants, building relationships with organizers, organizing partner participation in them, as well as planning, promotion and organization of own events under the company brand;
• Creation of content plan and their implementation;
• Cooperation with content manager and copywriter to prepare content on behalf of consultants for various platforms and formats;
• Managing projects and relationships in the process of creating value for consultants;
• Planning and organizing photos and video shooting;
• Evaluation of effectiveness, formation and implementation of hypotheses to improve results, adjusting strategies as necessary;
• Organization of the process of regularly informing potential clients of the consultant about the company's products.

Skills:

• Experience in building and maintaining interaction with journalists, opinion leaders, business communities and other media specialists (the presence of a database of mass media contacts is an advantage);
• Knowledge of how to make content interesting and relevant;
• Copywriting skills and media content creation;
• Experience in communication, advertising agency or in consulting business from 2 years;
• Systematic approach to work and meeting deadlinesiv;
• Good presentation skills and a high level of self-organization;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Ukrainian language);
• Understanding of trends, communication tools and content formats in the media and social networks.
