EBS Company for its Customer, International Bilstein Group, is looking for marketing and office coordinator. > - you will support marketing manager in Ukraine, paying special attention to our digital commerce and social networks;
- you will translate and read texts in various technical industries, image press releases, images as well as local web pages;
- you will organize all physical and virtual fairs and events, as well as the main contact person for external partners and bilstein Group headquarters;
- you will Support the Director for Sales and Marketing in Ukraine by carrying out all types of analysis (such as costs, sales efficiency and potential).
- You will be responsible for advertising materials, which means working with offers, design templates and orders;
for the office:

You will be responsible for the overall organization of the office by monitoring and managing office equipment, business expenses and external service providers (eg, rent, IT, accounting), including account checking;
your qualification: we are looking for candidates with higher education in the specialty "Economics" or "Marketing", but the presence of similar specialties is welcome; > - Professional experience in the aforementioned fields is predominant, further experience in CRM software (eg, Salesforce) is an advantage;
- very strong English skills, both written and oral Little as well as strong communicative skills in combination with a good sense of language and texts;
