Main duties:

1. Promotion strategy development

  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase brand awareness.
  • Coordination of work with contractors to create advertising materials, brochures, banners , content and organization of promotions.
  • Cooperation with the sales department to integrate marketing campaigns into the company's overall strategy.

2. Content creation and management

  • Text content: writing articles, blogs, texts for social networks, newsletters and website.
  • < strong>Visual content: creation of video and photo content, images, infographics, banners.
  • Adaptation of content for channels: customization of texts and visual materials for each channel (social networks, website, messengers).
  • Content plan: development of a publication calendar for social networks, blog, newsletters, taking into account seasonal and marketing campaigns.

3Control of operation websitein the company

  • Control of smooth operation of the site, cooperation with contractors for technical support and updates.
  • Providing recommendations on SEO optimization to improve the visibility of the site in search engines.
  • Updating content on the site, posting news, promotions and discounts.
  • Site traffic analysis, user behavior and search for opportunities to increase conversion.

4. Social networks (SMM)

  • Development of a content plan, preparation of texts, creation of visual content (images, videos) and regular publications.
  • Setting up and management of targeted advertising to attract new subscribers and increase coverage.
  • Interaction with subscribers: responses to comments, messages, organization of contests.
  • Conducting analysis of content effectiveness, level of engagement and audience growth.

5. Messengers (Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp)

  • Preparation and placement of content for Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp; creating SMS newsletters, informing customers about news, promotions and special offers.
  • Interaction with customersthrough messengers: provision of operational support, answers to questions and consultations.

6. Participation in specialized conferences

  • Preparation of materials for participation in specialized conferences and exhibitions, where the company and products can be presented.
  • Maintaining communication with industry experts, speakers, partners and the search for new opportunities for cooperation.
  • Tracking new trends, sharing experience and finding opportunities to increase the level of trust in the brand.

  • . Analysis and reporting

    • Analysis of the results of advertising campaigns, engagement, interaction and effectiveness of each channel.
    • Preparation of reports with key indicators (traffic, conversions, level of engagement ) and development of recommendations for improvements.
    • Monitoring of digital marketing trends and implementation of new approaches to increase promotion efficiency.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in developing and ordering souvenir and advertising products.
    • Creative thinking and ability adapt to changes in the market.
    • Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on the information received.
