The goal of the Marketing and Advertising Manager position is to increase the number of involved customers and increase the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.

AVA INDUSTRIES has been a direct importer for 18 years pumping equipment of well-known brands: DAB (Italy), NOMA (Germany) and MT (Spain). We also manufacture pumping stations in Ukraine and Europe under the WE brand.

The candidate we are looking for has:
understanding/tendency to technical areas
experience in marketing or sales of b2b companies as a marketer, customer service manager, advertising manager or brand manager.
ability to work with numbers, analyze information (competitive component, market, product and pricing)
experience in organizing seminars and exhibitions
experience in creating visual content (Photoshop, Canva, Figma)
experience working with social networks, copywriting basics
good communication skills, ability to work in a sales team

analysis and evaluation of advertising campaigns to achieve set goals
control of incoming leads, optimization of sales funnels, work with CRM
management of the advertising budget and its use
implementation of the plan and promotion of the content through the company's communication channels< /p>
management of social networks (FB, Instagram)
cooperation with the company's contractors - printers, designers, seo specialists
preparation of advertising materials
organization of seminars and exhibitions
work with website development
Our working conditions:
ZP 25,000 + % (rate 25 thousand UAH + %)
office format, at 10 Hnat Hotkevicha Street (Chernihivska)
work schedule 9:00-18:00, Mon-Fri
