From intuitive nutrition trackers to innovative fitness solutions, we empower individuals to embark on a transformative journey toward optimal health and happiness.We are looking for a Marketing Analyst (TikTok), who will empower our analytics team.Challenges you’ll meet:Carry out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validationWork with business requirements, detail them into analytical reports/ad-hocsCreate dashboards and reports, define key metrics and monitor the integrity and validity of the data reportedReviewing marketing results to improve performance (like revenue increase, reach, or engagement)Collaborate with team members on business results and drive the impact of data-driven decisionsYour professional qualities:At least 2 years in Marketing/Data analyst roleKnowledge of SQLExperience with visualization tools such as Looker/Tableau/etcFamiliarity with data warehousing and ETL/ELT pipelinesUnderstanding of marketing metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testingStrong in mathematics and quantitative analysis with a passion for numbers and dataStrong analytical and creative thinking skills and the ability to clearly articulate approach, process, and resultsEnglish Upper-intermediate — verbal and writtenUnderstanding of UA funnel (knowledge how to work with SRN, non-SRN)Ability to work on several projects at a time, plan, prioritize and meet deadlinesNice to have:Familiarity with MMP, GA4, Firebase, SKAdNetworkKnowledge of Python (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.)Knowledge of data design/ data modellingIn our team, we value:Sociability.
