We are looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the Dressly team - a role where your decisions will influence the development of the business.

Dressly is An AI application (web + mobile) that combines artificial intelligence and fashion expertise to create personalized style and shopping recommendations. We aim to make Dressly the leading personal style AI tool in the world.

What challenges await:

  • Scaling the marketing analytics and attribution system that will become the basis for all marketing decisions.

  • Set up a full cycle of channel and campaign performance analysis and provide transparent, accurate reporting. 

  • important:

    • Experience in marketing analytics and working with multiple data sources.

    • Deep understanding of attribution, funnels and key marketing metrics.

    • Confidence in working with SQL and BI tools.

    • Ability to independently form hypotheses, prioritize and drive solutions to implementation.

    • Willingness to work at a fast pace and adapt analytical approaches for x2–x3 growth.

    Will be a plus:

    • Experience building attribution from scratch.

    • Knowledge of mobile/web product analytics.
